Our Food Is Less Nutritious Than It Used To Be

Fertilizers and irrigation methods in modern industrial farming yields bigger vegetables, but dilutes the nutrition according to several recent studies. Mineral levels in fruits and vegetables have in fact declined up to 40 percent from 1959 to 2009. Fish is also less nutritious than it used to be.

But with aquaponics, the yield can be increased while maintaining the nutrient density.
